Showing up prepared makes all the difference — and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.​

You'll meet with Pam to:​

Define the goals of your shoot

Select actor prototypes for reference

Build a Pinterest or mood board that visually maps out the direction of the shoot

Review wardrobe options (and suggest any last-minute shopping if needed)

By the end of the consult, you’ll have a clear direction, an intentional plan, and (most importantly) a calm, confident mindset heading into your shoot - where you can show up, feel good, and just focus on bringing it.

We’re based in Burbank - easy to get to from just about anywhere in L.A.
When you book, we’ll send over everything you need: parking details, directions, and what to expect when you arrive. Simple, smooth, and stress-free — just like the shoot.
Headshot Session Deposit and Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking your headshot session in order to hold your time slot and will be applied to your remaining balance, which will be due in full on the day of the shoot. Photos are not delivered until the payment for the balance is received. The makeup artist is paid separately on the day of the shoot and will accept cash, checks, PayPal, Venmo, and credit cards.
Headshot Session Cancellation Policy
A one-time reschedule is cool, as long as it's more than 72 hours (3 days) before your shoot. A second reschedule will forfeit your deposit and you will need to submit another in order to reserve a new shoot date. Cancellations within 3 days of the shoot will be charged 50% of the session rate.
