PHOTO DELIVERY
Within 3–5 days after your shoot, you’ll receive a complete low-resolution, watermarked proof gallery of your images through Pixieset. You may then select 25 favorites, which will be professionally color-corrected (not retouched) and delivered as high-resolution downloadable files.

Headshot Session Deposit and Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking your headshot session in order to hold your time slot and will be applied to your remaining balance, which will be due in full on the day of the shoot. Photos are not delivered until the payment for the balance is received. The makeup artist is paid separately on the day of the shoot and will accept cash, checks, PayPal, Venmo, and credit cards.
Headshot Session Cancellation Policy
A one-time reschedule is cool, as long as it's more than 72 hours (3 days) before your shoot. A second reschedule will forfeit your deposit and you will need to submit another in order to reserve a new shoot date. Cancellations within 3 days of the shoot will be charged 50% of the session rate. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
