Headshot Session Deposit and Payment
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required when booking your headshot session in order to hold your time slot and will be applied to your remaining balance, which will be due in full on the day of the shoot. Photos are not delivered until the payment for the balance is received. The makeup artist is paid separately on the day of the shoot and will accept cash, checks, PayPal, Venmo, and credit cards.
Headshot Session Cancellation Policy
A one-time reschedule is cool, as long as it's more than 72 hours (3 days) before your shoot. A second reschedule will forfeit your deposit and you will need to submit another in order to reserve a new shoot date. Cancellations within 3 days of the shoot will be charged 50% of the session rate.

Self-Tape Session Cancellation Policy
Self-Tapes can be cancelled or scheduled up to 4 hours before your slot time. If you need to schedule last minute, give us a call (818) 859-7400 and we'll do our best to make it happen."
Late Cancellations and No Shows will be charged the amount of your full session.
